Local Incentive Packages
Considering a career at the AHC or MM Lodge?
The MMHCR has developed packages for incoming professionals. Contact us for more details. You may be eligible for the following incentives:
Doctor -- (Three year contract required)
- $5,000 or airfare to Canada
- Interest free loan for all medical fees
- Leased vehicle for 3 months
- Assistance with finding accommodation
- 3 months' free medical office overhead
- Also may be eligible for $5,000 from Sun Country Health Region
RN -- (Two year contract required)
- Assistance with moving
- Assistance with finding accommodations
- $2,500 per year for two years
- May be eligible for grant from provincial government of up to $20,000
- Dependant on distance -- possible moving allowance from Sun Country Health Region
LPN -- (Two year contract required)
- Assistance with moving
- Assistance with finding accommodations
- $1,100 per year for two years
Student Nursing Incentive
- Assistance with finding accommodations
- $750 housing allowance
- $500 to assist wtih out-of-pocket expenses
CXLT -- (Two year contract required)
- Assistance with moving
- Assistance with finding accommodations
- $1,000 per year for two years
